One of the easiest ways to discover your design style isn’t by taking a quiz or following the latest trends. It’s by paying attention to what naturally catches your eye.

Have you ever been out shopping with no particular plan, only to stop in your tracks because a piece instantly spoke to you? You don’t have to justify it or overthink it. You simply know you love it. More often than not, those moments are your intuition guiding you toward the colors, textures, materials, and shapes you’re naturally drawn to.

For this week’s Favorite Finds, I challenged myself to save anything that immediately stood out to me without worrying about whether it “matched.” Looking at everything together, it’s no surprise that the collection feels cohesive. It tells a story of the style I’m consistently drawn to: timeless pieces, warm neutrals, natural textures, and classic details that feel collected rather than trendy.

As you browse through these finds, I encourage you to try this exercise yourself. Whether you’re walking through your favorite store, scrolling online, or flipping through a magazine, pay attention to what makes you pause. Those instinctive moments often reveal more about your personal style than you realize.

Striped Accent Chair

Why I love it

Who doesn’t love a classic stripe? It’s one of those patterns that never goes out of style and pairs beautifully with so many others, whether your home leans traditional, coastal, or modern. I also love that this chair swivels, making it just as functional as it is beautiful. Its clean lines give it a tailored look, while the subtle stripe adds just enough personality without overwhelming a space.

Green Marble Side Table

Why I love it

I have a thing for anything marble. My eye is always drawn to it because no two pieces are ever exactly alike. It’s one of those natural materials that instantly brings depth and character to a room. I especially love the rich green tones and beautiful movement throughout this piece. It feels elevated and unique while still being understated enough to work in a variety of spaces.

Vintage Area Rug

Why I love it

I’m always drawn to vintage-inspired rugs. I love when a rug has that softly worn look because it adds instant character and depth while also helping disguise everyday wear. The earthy, muted tones in this one make it so versatile, allowing it to complement almost any color palette while creating a warm, lived-in foundation for the room.

Ruffled Ottoman

Why I love it

The ruffled skirt is what immediately caught my attention with this ottoman. It’s proof that even the simplest furniture pieces can become special with one thoughtful detail. The soft ruffle gives it a collected, timeless feel, while the neutral upholstery makes it easy to incorporate into almost any design style. It’s both functional and full of charm.

Bubble Candle Dish

Why I love it

I love styling with candles because they instantly make a home feel warm and inviting. This candle dish adds another thoughtful layer by turning an everyday candle into something decorative. The bubbled edge gives it a vintage-inspired look, and I love the warm amber glass. It could even double as a beautiful coaster or catchall when it’s not holding a candle.

Candle Wall Sconces

Why I love it

I always come back to these because they’re one of those timeless accessories that never seem to go out of style. They remind me of jewelry for a room; small details that elevate everything around them. Whether they’re flanking artwork, a mirror, or a doorway, they create beautiful symmetry and add warmth to any space.

Faux Greenery Stems

Why I love it

I’ve used these stems again and again because they’re some of the most realistic faux greenery I’ve found. Their flexible branches make them easy to shape, giving them a natural, organic look instead of that stiff appearance many faux stems have. I really love placing several of them together in an oversized vase to create a full, effortless arrangement that brings life to a space year-round.

Floral Throw Pillow

Why I love it

The pattern on this pillow immediately caught my eye. It’s subtle enough to layer with other prints while still adding beautiful interest and texture. I also love the soft, muted color palette, which makes it so versatile. It’s the kind of pillow that works in almost any room and instantly makes a space feel a little more collected.

Fluted Glass Vase

Why I love it

I’m naturally drawn to anything with a fluted texture because it adds subtle dimension without it feeling busy. This vase is a perfect example of how texture alone can make a statement. Its unique shape makes it beautiful to be displayed on its own, or filled with fresh or faux stems.

Finding your design style doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. In fact, it often starts with simply noticing what you’re already drawn to.

Over time, those repeated preferences begin to form a pattern. Maybe it’s aged brass, vintage-inspired rugs, tailored upholstery, natural stone, or soft neutral textiles. Whatever it is, those are the clues that help you create a home that feels authentically yours instead of one inspired by someone else’s trends.

I hope these favorite finds inspire you to pay a little closer attention the next time you’re browsing. You might be surprised by how clearly your own style begins to reveal itself.
