Over the past year, one of my favorite parts of writing this newsletter has been sharing my Favorite Finds. From timeless home decor and styling pieces to everyday household essentials, I’ve recommended hundreds of products that I genuinely love and use in my own home or have used in clients’ homes.
As I reflected on one year of writing to all of you, I thought it would be fun to look back at the items I continue to recommend again and again. These aren’t just products I purchased or recommended to clients once and forgot about; they’re the pieces I’ve reached for countless times, or still recommend whenever someone asks for my opinion.
If you’ve been wondering where to start, these are the home finds I’d confidently recommend over and over again.
Tineco Vacuum Mop
Why I love it
If there’s one cleaning product I recommend more than almost anything else, it’s my Tineco. It vacuums and mops my hard floors at the same time, which has completely changed my cleaning routine. My floors feel noticeably cleaner, and it saves me so much time compared to vacuuming and mopping separately. It’s one of those purchases that makes everyday life just a little bit easier.
Electric Fabric Shaver
Why I love it
This little tool has become one of my favorite ways to refresh clothing, upholstery, and even furniture. It quickly removes pilling and makes fabrics look new again without much effort. I find myself reaching for it all the time, especially on sweaters, throw blankets, and upholstered pieces that need a quick refresh.
Giant Lint Roller
Why I love it
Living with Gus means I’m always looking for the easiest way to keep pet hair under control. This oversized lint roller is one of the best purchases I’ve made. It’s perfect for rugs, carpet, furniture, and other large surfaces where traditional lint rollers just don’t cut it. If you have pets, this is an absolute must-have.
This Is Home Coffee Table Book
Why I love it
I have a soft spot for beautiful coffee table books, and this is one I come back to again and again. The neutral cover works beautifully with almost any decorating style, making it easy to leave out as part of your decor. It’s timeless, inspiring, and one of my favorite styling pieces for coffee tables, consoles, and built-ins.
Candle Wall Sconces
Why I love it
These candle wall sconces are such an elegant way to add warmth and character to a room. I love their slim profile and timeless design. Whether they’re framing a mirror, artwork, or fireplace, they instantly make a space feel more layered and thoughtfully designed.
Faux Stems
Why I love it
I’ve purchased these faux stems more than once because they’re just that good. They have a beautiful organic shape, look incredibly realistic, and are easy to bend and style however you’d like. They’re one of my favorite ways to add life and texture to a room without the upkeep of fresh greenery.
Rug Pad
Why I love it
A good rug pad may not be the most exciting purchase, but it can completely change how a rug functions in your home. These have an amazing grip and keep my rugs securely in place without constantly shifting or bunching up. It’s a simple upgrade that makes a big difference.
Outdoor Rug
Why I love it
I love the simple checker pattern and neutral color palette of this rug. It’s versatile enough to work on a porch or patio, but I also think it looks beautiful indoors. Its timeless design makes it easy to mix with a variety of decorating styles, which is exactly what I look for when recommending home products.
Metal Floor Candleholder
Why I love it
These metal floor candleholders feel like a unique alternative to traditional candleholders. I love the handcrafted look and timeless detailing. They’re beautiful styled in front of a fireplace, tucked beside furniture, or displayed on their own as a statement piece. They’re one of those accessories that instantly add height, warmth, and character to a room.
Looking back over the past year, it’s been so much fun sharing these Favorite Finds with all of you. While I love discovering new products, these are the ones that I have come back to time and time again.
One thing you’ll probably notice is that none of these pieces are trendy or overly complicated. Whether it’s a practical cleaning tool or a timeless styling accessory, I tend to gravitate toward products that are functional, beautifully designed, and versatile enough to use for years to come.
